Each of these three procedures, Photo Genesis, Laser Genesis and Titan, can be used in combination with the others to create an overall superior effect. Improving texture and tone, or both texture and tautness, produces a comprehensive prominent result. Often, Photo Genesis follows Laser Genesis during the same visit. Patients revel in the rapid improvement they see in colour, along with the more gradual effects of collagen rebuilding. Combined, these two procedures are effective in a variety of patients, younger patients with large pores and older patients with large pores and fine lines. Another example; the patient is interested in skin tightening first and foremost and in improving the overall resiliency of his/her skin. The gradual bulk heating of the skin that occurs with a Titan treatment can be 'wrapped up' with Laser Genesis, so that each procedure is optimized.

If employing more than one light modality in the same visit, they recommend starting with the deepest-reaching procedure, thus Titan preceding, and moving toward the most superficial, finishing with Photo Genesis. Here, treatment at one level will not hinder successive targeting beneath it. A series of treatments will be scheduled to influence the results of the prior treatment. The visits are spaced two weeks apart so the skin can initiate healing and remodeling in the respite.
